Cancellation/Refund Policy


Cancellation penalties are imposed by most cruise lines, airlines, hotels and other travel services. Most airlines tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Hotels and cruise lines charge fees for changes or cancellations after deposit is received.


Each tour may carry specific cancellation fees other than the following, please consult the specific tour or cruise brochure.


Cancellations must be received in writing.


In general, cancellations received after the final payment will be charged as follows:


        89-60 days – 25% of the total tour cost, plus any additional costs the cancellation may incur.

        45-59 days – 50% of the tour cost, plus any additional costs the cancellation may incur.

        30-44 days – 75% of the tour cost, plus any additional costs the cancellation may incur.


Cancellations within one month of departure and nonappearance will receive NO REFUNDS. Cruise line cancellation deadlines and fees are generally higher.


Trip cancellation/medical insurance is included with all of our group departures for cancellations due to medical and other serious reasons. This insurance also includes accidental medical, emergency evacuation, trip delay and baggage loss.
